Welcome, and Thank you for visiting my online site. New clients are accepted in the New Year.

I would like to acknowledge the land we are meeting & living on is the traditional territory of First Nations and is currently home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Metis peoples. I also acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississauga of the Credit.

Anita Bohez BA, RMT, CYT, MBSR Trained

Anita graduated from the University of Calgary with a BA in Political Science. She then moved to Toronto to pursue Massage Therapy at ICT- Kikkawa College and has been in private practice for over 30 years. Anita’s focus is on the person as a whole, and she incorporates Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Suikodo and gentle Fascial Matrix techniques so that each client is able to reach their individual goals. In 2020, Anita trained to facilitate Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Then in 2024, Anita continued her development with a coaching certificate.
